Refund policy

We offer returns under the conditions below. Please read carefully before requesting a return.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase such as order confirmation or receipt.

Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return shipment.
Return Address
The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@weam.design so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom-made or made-to-order products
Personalized items
Used products
Gift cards
Sale or discounted items (unless required by law)
Items damaged due to misuse
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before requesting a return.
Made-to-Order Products
WEAM produces most products after an order is placed. Because of this, returns may not be accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or required by applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, unless the product falls under legal exceptions such as custom or made-to-order items.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@weam.design.
Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
