Processing Times
All WEAM products are made-to-order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on production volume and product type. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Production Time
Because our products are made-to-order, production is included within the processing time. Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Türkiye
European Union countries
If you are located outside these regions, please contact us before placing an order.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted shipping partners depending on destination, including national and international courier services. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and logistics availability.
Delivery Estimates
Türkiye: Typically 1–4 business days after shipment depending on location.
European Union: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment depending on destination country and customs processing.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and shipping method.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT unless explicitly stated.
For Türkiye deliveries, applicable taxes are included where required by law.
For European Union deliveries, VAT and import charges may apply depending on local regulations and shipping structure.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on production timing, packaging requirements, or warehouse logistics. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment if split shipping occurs.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may be included or available depending on carrier and shipping method. If shipping insurance is included, eligible claims for lost or damaged shipments will be processed according to carrier insurance policies.
If shipping insurance is not included, WEAM will still assist customers in opening carrier investigations but cannot guarantee reimbursement beyond carrier liability coverage.
Signature Required Delivery
For certain high-value shipments or specific destinations, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery. If signature delivery is required and the customer is unavailable, redelivery or pickup arrangements may be required through the shipping carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Shipping delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors outside our control.
If your shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@weam.design and we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and starting an investigation.
Once the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, WEAM cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps us process replacements or refunds faster.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. WEAM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Force Majeure
WEAM is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, pandemics, government actions, transportation disruptions, or supply chain failures.
