Welcome to WEAM.

WEAM operates weam.design, including all related content, tools, products, and services (“Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least the legal age in your country to use our Services or purchase products. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products — Design & Made-to-Order
   WEAM sells made-to-order design products. We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, however colors may vary depending on screen settings and device type. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, including 3D printing or handcrafted production methods. WEAM products are design objects and are not certified safety or protective equipment.

3. Orders
   When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. WEAM reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Orders are only confirmed after payment has been successfully processed. WEAM may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock or production limitations, or suspected fraud. Cancellation requests may not be possible once production has started for made-to-order products.

4. Pricing & Billing
   Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed may not include shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, or import fees unless explicitly stated. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to promptly update such information if it changes.

5. Shipping & Delivery
   Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. WEAM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds
   Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Made-to-order or custom products may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. EU consumer rights apply where legally required.

7. Intellectual Property
   All website content including text, images, graphics, product designs, logos, and branding is owned by WEAM and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission. WEAM name, logos, product names, and designs are protected trademarks. Shopify name and logos are property of Shopify.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links
   We may provide access to third-party tools or links. WEAM is not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Relationship With Shopify
   Our store is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with WEAM. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and WEAM, including product quality, delivery, or disputes. By using our Services, you agree to release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to your purchases or use of our store.

10. Feedback
    If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant WEAM a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for commercial and operational purposes.

11. Prohibited Uses
    You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, to transmit malware, to scrape or harvest data, to impersonate others, to send spam, or to violate intellectual property rights. WEAM reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
    All Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except where required by law. WEAM does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

13. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEAM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from use of the Services or products.

14. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WEAM, Shopify, and their affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

15. Termination
    WEAM may terminate or suspend access to Services at any time without notice. Certain sections including intellectual property, liability limitations, and indemnification survive termination.

16. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, together with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the European Union where required.

17. Changes to Terms
    WEAM may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
